Exchanges
Have you recently purchased a product from us and would like to exchange it? To qualify for exchange, please check if your product meets the two criteria below:
- Product is not opened, used, worn or damaged
- Product is in original packaging with all parts and tags included. We won’t accept returns for products without the original packaging.
If your product meets the criteria above, please contact us within 7 days and we will provide the details so you can exchange your item. If we are not contacted within the 7 days period, you won’t be able to exchange your item.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all the shipping cost related to any exchange, including the cost to return and send the new item. The only exception is If we sent the wrong item by mistake. In this case, we will cover all the shipping costs.
Returns
You can return your item if:
- The item is faulty or does not work
- The item is not fit for the purpose stated in our description or does not match description.
- Change of Mind
The item is faulty or does not work
Xtreme Safety offers a 60 Days money back guarantee in the event that the product is faulty or does not work. Please check below if you are eligible:
- We must be notified within 60 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time. Please do not send the item back before contacting us.
- Xtreme Safety will cover all shipping expenses at this stage. Please note that the product will be inspected when it arrives to our warehouse and if no problem is found,We will deduct the shipping cost and handling fees (10% of product price for products from 0-20kg or 15% if over 25kg)involved from the buyer’s refund.
- If the problem is confirmed by our technicians, we will contact you offering a full refund or a free replacement.
- If you decide to be refunded, we will process it within 3 working days via the method of payment originally billed or any other method that Xtreme Safety considers appropriate.
- If you choose a free replacement, we will post it within 2 working days.
The item is not fit for the purpose stated in our description or does not match description
- We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time. Please do not send the item back before contacting us.
- Xtreme Safety will cover all shipping expenses.
- Once the product arrives in our warehouse, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 working days via the method of payment originally billed or any other method that Xtreme Safety considers appropriate.
Buyer change his Mind
If your item was purchased in error, or you’ve simply changed your mind, its not the end of the world. Please check below to see if you are eligible for a refund:
- We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time.
- The item(s) are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we received it. It must be in its original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf).
- The buyer is responsible for any shipping cost involved in returning the item. If you are not sure how to send the item back, we are happy to give you the contact details of some of our couriers partners.
- Do NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
- Handling fees will apply, to be deducted from the refund provided: 10% of product price (0-20kg) or 15% (over 25kg).
- If the item was sent with free postage, the postage cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the item has sustained damage in transit or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required. Xtreme Safety accepts no responsibility of loss or damage caused during return transit.
Please make sure you contact us before you send the item back to us and we will send you all the necessary paperwork for the return. For every return we will issue a RN (Return number) which should be included inside the package with the product. All other relevant information will be given to you at this time. We will not accept any returns without an RN attached.
